Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors and Switches

The Flowline EchoPod and EchoSonic II are innovative ultrasonic liquid level sensor families that replace float level sensors, or conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to contact with dirty, sticky and scaling liquids in small, medium and large capacity tanks. These liquid level control sensors can be used in either open or enclosed tanks, but they are NOT suitable for pressurized enclosed tanks.

Applications
These Flowline fluid level sensors are ideal for use as water level sensors, liquid level switches to turn pumps or motors ON or OFF, liquid level transmitters, tank level sensors, or other applications requiring accurate and continuous liquid level control or liquid level measurement.

Typically used in chemical, water and wastewater applications, these general purpose fluid level sensors are available with single and multi-function capabilities including continuous level measurement, switching and level control.
For input to a PLC or other controller, liquid level measurement output types include current, voltage and frequency.
Models with four relays can be configured for liquid level alarms and/or stand-alone liquid level control such as automatic fill or empty functions using the embedded level controller.
PC configuration is simple with FREE WebCal™ level sensor software and the programming fob with USB adapter.

Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitters	Flowline EchoPod DX10 and DL10 Series Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitters The EchoPod DX10 / DL10 series ultrasonic liquid level transmitters provide continuous non-contact liquid level measurement output up to 4.1 ft (1.25m). DX10 / DL10 transmitters are configured using the free WebCal software. Select the voltage or current output for interface with analog input cards. Select the frequency output for interface with frequency-capable or counter input discrete input cards.
