Industrial Controls Specialist's

Job Description:

Objective: To assist customers with issues pertaining to our broad offering of industrial automation products which includes PLCs, operator interfaces, drives, switchgear, motion controls, process controls, pneumatics, enclosures, sensors, power supplies, pilot devices, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, terminal blocks, contactors, connection systems, signal conditioners, while delivering and maintaining top notch customer service.

Learn new products and technology as new products are added, Communications experience with Ethernet networking desirable

Responsibilities: Customer service functions related to phone, fax, and email requests, including follow-up and assisting customers in selection of industrial control products.Telephone customer support.

Sales Clerk - Switchgear

Job Description:

Objective: To assist customers with pricing and availability on our industrial automation products which includes PLCs, operator interfaces, drives, switchgear, motion controls, process controls, pneumatics, enclosures, sensors, power supplies, pilot devices, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, terminal blocks, contactors, connection systems, signal conditioners, while delivering and maintaining top notch customer service.

Web Developer (contract)

Job Description:

 Objective: To assist the company with issues and enhancement to our existing websites and e-commerce site whilst delivering and maintaining top notch customer service.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·       Accountable to and assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of our Web, E-commerce and marketing direction.
·      Create and be accountable for the user interaction model, workflows and information architecture
·       Must be team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills and have the ability to multi-task.
 
Qualifications:
·    3+ years of experience in a similar role in a commercial environment
-  High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change and to think outside the box
-  Previous experience in the development of web store / web shop applications
·   This position requires experience with HTML front end scripting
·    Dreamweaver CS5, Fireworks, Photoshop and Flash experience required
